Jarek Morko serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Promittens Energy and is the founder of GenForce Power, where he continues to lead solar construction projects across New Jersey and New York. With nearly two decades of hands-on experience, Jarek has been at the forefront of the region’s solar growth, overseeing the successful completion of more than 200 projects.
A proven leader in commercial and industrial (C&I) solar installations, Jarek brings deep expertise in construction management, coordinating crews, streamlining logistics, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. His practical knowledge of the “nuts and bolts” of engineering, procurement, and construction ensures that every installation meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
